NPA Vietnam conducted the annual information management (IM) planning workshop for 2023 in the Hue DOFA Database Unit office between the 9 and 11 January. Staff from all NPA Vietnam province operations and capacity development projects attended this very important 3-day meeting.

The objective with this meeting was to share experience on implementation of IM during 2022 and to plan for further improvements during 2023. NPA Vietnam shall be a learning organization and this planning meeting should further inform management on the current status of our IM systems, then identify areas for organizational and personal developments during this year. The outcome of the meeting was the presentation of the IM plan of action (IM POA) for 2023, summarized by NPA national IM advisors. NPA is the leading organization for support to national/province authorities on IMSMA and IM products in Vietnam, and the POA shall ensure that NPA can continue to deliver the expected and agreed results. Time and resources will now be allocated to enable the necessary improvements to take place.
